Known for his deep, emotional sound and immersive sets, Mees began making electronic music at just 17. After a brief detour into programming, his passion for music led him to a breakout moment in 2017 when his debut EP Equivalencewas signed to Reinier Zonneveld’s label Filth On Acid — gaining support from legends like Joris Voorn, Kölsch, and Yotto.
Since then, Mees has built a strong reputation through releases on Anjunadeep, This Never Happened, Armada, and more. He’s also the creative mind behind Distant, a platform that grew from a podcast into a full-scale event series hosting acts like Ben Böhmer and Tinlicker.
Now, he brings his distinct sound to the beach — for one night only under the open sky ✨
